She is an arhitect and urban planner specialized in built heritage research and protection, certified by the Ministry of Culture, author of studies on urban culture, documentation for inscription on the Historical Monuments List, historical architectural studies for the foundation of built heritage conservation, restoration and valorization interventions, researcher and promoter of the work of forerunner architects who were active in the Historical Monuments Commission and the Historical Monuments Office.
She published the results of her research in specialty magazines.
As of 2005, she is part of the team of the National Heritage Institute, where she is in charge of the certification of specialists and experts in the field of historical monuments protection; she contributed to drafting the documentation for listing in the World Heritage List and is a member of the governing structures of several Romanian sites listed in the World Heritage List.
She is currently a member of the executive board of ICOMOS Romania, member of the National Commission of Historical Monuments and president of the 7th Regional Commission of Historical Monuments.
